Earn College Credit while still in high school AND Prepare for a Career Tech Program at PCC!

High school articulation provides a process to align curriculum and instruction between secondary institutions, primarily between high schools and the community college. High school articulation helps students gain academic knowledge and technical skills for the workplace. These CTE-focused classes lead students to a certificate or an associate degree in a specific career field, and ultimately, to high wage, high skill employment or advanced post-secondary training.

Through high school articulation, students can earn college credit while still in high school. Once a student starts at PCC, they can join our award winning First Year Experience (FYE) program and get access to the classes they need to complete their academic goals.

Who benefits from CTE Transition oportunities?

  • Students enrolled in Career and Technical programs in High school
  • Students that would like to connect their academics to the real-world
  • Students that may desire to attend a university after attending community college
  • Students that would like to improve academically
